Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The free tier includes 100 lookups per day with access to all fields. No credit card required, no time limit. Use it for prototyping, personal projects, or evaluating the API.
What counts as a lookup?
Each API call that returns property data counts as one lookup. A search query that returns 25 properties counts as one lookup, not 25. Health checks and auth calls don't count.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel your subscription at any time and you won't be charged again. Your API key will continue working until the end of the billing period.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?
You'll receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header. Your limit resets at midnight UTC. We also include X-RateLimit-Remaining headers on every response so you can plan ahead.
Do all plans get the same data?
Yes. Every plan — including free — gets the complete property schema with all fields. We don't gate data behind tiers. The only difference between plans is volume (lookups/day) and support level.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
