1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Straply API, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Straply provides a real estate data API and related tools. We offer property data, analytics, and visualizations through our API and website. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

3. API Usage

Your use of the Straply API is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas associated with your subscription plan. You agree not to:

  • Exceed your plan's rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
  • Use the API to build a competing data product or service
  • Redistribute raw API data in bulk without written permission
  • Use automated means to scrape the website outside of the API
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access non-public parts of the Service

4. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date real estate data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service. Data should not be used as the sole basis for financial or investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, data aggregations, and documentation, is owned by Straply, Inc. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the data through the API for your own applications and analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
